Ulster Fry @ Catalyst

What goes in to your perfect fry? How do you eat yours? Ulster Fry is a visually arresting and humourous look at something very familiar and yet the experience is an odd, unfamiliar type of voyeurism. How often do you watch someone else’s food disappear from their plate?

Rob Hilken is currently studying Fine Art at Belfast Metropolitan College. His work explores form in 2D, 3D and video.

Gary Watson is a filmmaker from Northern Ireland. He has worked on documentaries and shows for the BBC, UTV and the Discovery Channel.
